Flavia has experience in Digital Law, Privacy and Data Protection.
She was an external consultant to an international financial organization on Personal Data Protection Policies for Uruguay and Latin America, between 2005 and 2007, and consultant representative of Uruguay on Journeys of Mercosur – Grupo Comercio Electrónico – SGTXIII, between 2006 and 2009.
Flavia was a teacher at the Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay (UdelaR) and at the Universidad ORT Uruguay.
