According to Thiago, one of the most discussed aspects is the price charged by Petrobras for access to gas infrastructure. He emphasises that for gas transmission and distribution pipelines, there is greater transparency. The “regulatory asset base” is public and subject to regulatory review, preventing double charges for the amortisation of investments in the same asset.<\/p>\n
