Alberto Vieira

Alberto has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and contracts and has been a member of Vieira Rezende since 2000. He has represented several domestic and foreign clients in acquisitions, cross border transactions, joint venture formation and corporate restructurings.

Alberto also has relevant experience in project finance and infrastructure project development (including greenfields), especially in relation to construction contracts and other infrastructure-related contracts.

He has international experience at Teixeira de Freitas, Rodrigues e Associados, in Lisbon, Portugal, and was Chief Legal Officer at Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém - CSP.
