Professional Background
Camila is a partner in the corporate law and mergers and acquisitions area, having a strong presence in businesses involving joint ventures, corporate restructuring and business structuring.
She is responsible for Vieira Rezende's Technology & Communications and Compliance areas and has extensive experience in the technology, governance and data governance sectors. With the entry into force of the GDPR and, more recently, the publication of the Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), she has been advising Brazilian and foreign clients in processes of adaptation and implementation of this new regulation, as well as in the structuring of operations involving data, including personal data.
Camila was an associate of the Dutch office Houthoff Buruma (1999-2007).
