Professional Background

Lúcia has extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure projects. Her practice encompasses contractual negotiations, due diligence management in connection with real estate assets, real estate development, acquisition of urban and rural properties, investment funds and M&A transactions, hotel management contracts, and participation in arbitrations regarding real estate projects.

Lucia was actively involved in some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Brazil related to the Olympic Games “Rio 2016” and participated in several real estate projects and acquisitions in the past 20 years. She is also involved in significant projects related to renewable energy generation and carbon credit generation, being one of the leading lawyers with great experience in the Brazilian Amazon and complex real estate aspects.
