DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

It’s not just numbers: it’s our reality.

We are not only diverse; we actively and organically cultivate this value every day. A dedicated committee drives conversations and proposes initiatives that advance equity. Because for us, justice begins at home.

Subcommittees

Our committee is structured into five subcommittees, which carry out ongoing awareness, training, and institutional transformation initiatives. Each group works to ensure spaces for listening, learning, and collective action, in line with our values.

Since 2023, we have been among the Brazilian law firms associated with the Center for the Study of Law Firms (CESA) that support the Incluir direito Project (Inclusive Law).

Less than 1% of Black professionals in law firms

To change this reality, since 2016, the Incluir Direito Project, in collaboration with universities and supporting law firms, has been creating opportunities for young Black law students, promoting learning, strengthening self-esteem, and fostering a sense of belonging.

The project provides a support network that combines classes, mentoring, and networking, connecting students with participating firms. It opens doors to internship opportunities and professional guidance, driving personal development and building more diverse and impactful career paths in the legal world.
