We advised a major Norwegian company in the oil and gas sector in financing and acquiring a 32% indirect participation in the field. The operation was conducted by partners Alberto Vieira and Daniela Ribeiro Davila, and associates Caio Leite, Maria Ramos Dias and Thiago Silva.
