Stocche Forbes, PMK and Vieira Rezende advise on Thopen issue | The Latin American Lawyer

We advised Terra Investimentos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, providing legal counsel to the underwriters in the issuance of debentures by Thopen Solar 12 SPE, in the total amount of BRL 93 million.

The proceeds will be used for the expansion of Thopen Energia’s energy production infrastructure, and was led by partner Roberto Vianna do R. Barros and associates Beatriz Camões, Augusto Flaquer, and Bruno Bícego, from the Banking & Finance practice.
