Public Hearing No. 07/2022 for the Gasig’s pipeline incremental public call ends on April 8th
On March 24th, 2022, the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) initiated the public consultation for contributions to the Public Call Notice and draft transport contract, related to the hiring process for incremental capacity of natural gas transportation by the Itaboraí-Guapimirim pipeline (Gasig), to be built by Nova Transportadora do Sudeste S.A. (NTS).
Contributions must be submitted by April 8th, 2022.
Note that the maximum allowable transportation revenue to be earned by the carrier and reference tariffs for hiring transportation capacity will be established in this stage, hence the importance of such procedure.
