We have experience in drafting and negotiating a number of contract types, including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Management (EPCM), Operate and Maintenance (O&M), Supply Contracts and others pleaded for infrastructure projects.
In the port sector, we advise domestic and foreign clients on projects involving financing, specific authorizations and guarantee packages for the construction of vessels and port structures. We also work in consulting on asset purchase and sale operations and assignment of interests and rights in port projects.
In the logistics sector, we operate in negotiations and development of contracts related to the implementation of projects, such as engineering and production contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, rendering of services, supply, performance bonds etc.
