Renato has expertise in regulatory matters related to technology, telecommunication services, and intellectual property. In addition, Renato has expertise in projects to comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGDP") and in consultancy demands related to privacy and personal data protection matters.

Renato also has expertise in corporate law and capital market matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate finance, as well as in legal and regulatory matters before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
