Zoë has been working in the field of corporate law since her first internship, gaining experience in corporate and contractual matters. Throughout her career, she has advised clients from various sectors, with a focus on assisting foreign clients. Her experience covers corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate restructuring.
