Claudio has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration (civil and corporate), including commercial contracts, civil liability, corporate and corporate disputes. He also has extensive experience in administrative law, including bidding, public procurement, concessions and public-private partnerships. He is the Rio de Janeiro State Attorney since 2004.
In addition to his practice in civil and commercial law, he is currently involved in public service matters, which reinforces his extensive experience in law infrastructure, especially in projects and litigation involving public service concessions.
Member of the Board of Arbitrators of the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), and of the Arbitration Chamber of Fundação Getulio Vargas.
